Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

At Amaral Jewels, each piece is carefully crafted with attention to detail and designed to be treasured for years to come. As many of our pieces are made to order, we aim to provide clarity and fairness in our returns process.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

· A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order

· The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition

· All original packaging and documentation must be included

· Reason for return:

 - faulty or damaged product

 - incorrect item received 

Note: we are unable to offer refunds for worn items, earrings or customised or personalised pieces (including engraved or altered items).

Returns may be accepted at our discretion if all eligibility conditions are met. Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back promptly following the return instructions provided.

If you are unsure about sizing or product details, we encourage you to contact us prior to purchasing. Our team is always happy to assist.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If a fault develops within the first 3 months of wear (such as a loose stone), please contact us and our team will assess the piece and assist accordingly.

Our goldsmiths will determine whether the issue is due to a manufacturing fault. Where applicable, we will:

· Repair the item, or

· Offer a replacement or refund where appropriate

Refund Process

· Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.

· Items must pass a quality inspection before a refund is processed

· Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If the item is faulty or incorrect, Amaral Jewels will cover return shipping.

· All returns must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer as the importer of the goods.

If duties and taxes are not paid and the parcel is refused or returned to us, any refund or store credit will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that any costs associated with the return of the parcel, including return shipping, handling fees, and original shipping charges may be deducted from any refund or credit issued.

Australian Consumer Law

This policy is provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
